All decorated garments, bags, blankets, etc are manufactured when you place an order. For this reason please assume your product is "custom made" as it applies to this return policy.
To return a Clarence Teachers Association Store product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. If you received defective merchandise or your order was filled incorrectly, please let us know before you ship. We will gladly exchange the items and pay the return shipping costs.
Once received, the RMA number must be written on the top of the return shipping box. Make sure to write the letters “RMA”. With the RMA will be the return address for the package.
What can be returned: Items that are defective or were damaged in shipping can be returned for exchange or store credit.
What cannot be returned: Items received more than 30 days ago cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items that were custom made or special order and/or items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned unless the item is defective or has shipping damage.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be defective.
Returns for exchange: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges unless the merchandise is defective (see above). We will not accept COD deliveries.
For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post so you can track your package.
